What Does A Supervisor Do
- Opening and closing the store
- Supervising employees including juniors
- Opening and/or closing store
- Handling customer complaints and concerns
- Running a drive-thru service
- Food Preparation including deep fryer/grill use
- Cash handling and register operation
- Cleaning and maintaining the store
- Leading & motivating the team during shifts
- Ensuring top-quality food & service standards
- Handling customer feedback & ensuring great experiences
- Managing stock, opening/closing procedures & cash handling
- Training & developing team members
