Lead from the Floor, Not Behind a Desk

Pantex Roofing Systems is looking for a full-time Shift Supervisor to lead the afternoon shift operations at its Narangba manufacturing facility.

You’ll be out on the floor with the team — keeping production moving, supporting the crew, solving problems as they arise, and helping maintain a safe and efficient operation across the shift.

Working Monday to Friday from 1:30pm to 10:00pm, this role suits someone who enjoys being hands-on, staying organised under pressure, and leading by example in a fast-paced production environment.

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

1. Keeping the shift running smoothly and helping the team stay on track
2. Supporting production staff on the floor and stepping in where needed
3. Helping coordinate workflow, priorities, and deadlines across the shift
4. Maintaining strong safety and quality standards throughout operations
5. Working closely with leadership to communicate issues, improvements, and production updates
6. Looking for smarter, more efficient ways to improve workflow and productivity
7. Building a positive team culture based on accountability, teamwork, and respect
